How this website handles information

Admission applications and contact messages are stored so the school can reply. They are visible to signed-in administrators, not to the public. A status check needs both the reference number and the guardian’s telephone.

Visit counts use a random identifier stored in your browser. The site records the page, a rough device type, the date, and the website that linked here. It does not ask for your name for analytics, and it does not sell information.

Supporting documents are kept with the application and can be downloaded only by an authorised administrator. You may ask the school to correct or delete an application by calling the office or writing to contact@hillsidecollegemityana.com.

The chat button opens a Chatbase assistant. That conversation is handled by Chatbase under its own terms. Maps are embedded from Google.
